Pre-Workout

From the well-established & trusted company Legion. I’ve been using this for years and it never fails to give me the energy to get through my workouts. You also get a nice little buzz from the beta-alanine which some people LOVE but others don’t. I only use it when I feel like I need it, about once/twice a week.
